Memberships start from just $33 per week and includes 1 hour per month of IT services plus the benefits of prioritised response times and discounted rates. Will I spend money on a membership and not get anything back?
None of your membership money is wasted - you'll receive it all back in quality I.T. services to ensure the best outcomes for your business. Each month we'll schedule to touch base with you or visit onsite to assist you with any concerns, and we've got industry best practice processes we can use to proactively maintain your equipment to prevent downtime. Your membership can also be used for our consultancy services, staff training, and almost any service our team can provide for your business.
What if I need more help some months than others?
Your ITRiver membership doesn't lock you into a certain amount of IT services every month. You will still have complete flexibility about how much service you need and all your IT services will be provided at your discounted membership rate. In order to maintain the membership rate, you only need to maintain an average IT spend that matches your membership. If you've had a lot going on the last few months, and you think you don't need our monthly visit this month - we're OK with carrying it over to another month so you aren't buying services you don't need.
